Assistant Studio Lead

Full-Time | Los Angeles

$55,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience

At Henrii, we believe the unseen work matters as much as the visible. Every piece we create is the result of countless quiet actions—careful hands, prepared spaces, precise systems. The Assistant Studio Lead plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations that allow our creative practice to thrive.

This is a support-focused role: hands-on, organizational, and logistical. The Assistant Studio Lead ensures the studio runs smoothly—preparing environments, managing details, and supporting the creative team so they can focus on what they do best.

We are looking for someone who is serious, highly organized, and ready to take ownership of the tasks that make the entire system work. Someone who understands that the work behind the work is just as essential to the outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Studio & Photostage Setup: Prepare and maintain the photo stage, lighting, and environment for product photography and documentation

Specification Sheet Management: Update and maintain technical specification sheets for new and existing products with accuracy and attention to detail

Administrative Support: Assist the design team with administrative tasks such as organizing files, updating records, and tracking project information

Studio Maintenance: Maintain studio organization, supplies, and cleanliness to ensure an efficient and functional workspace

Shipping & Logistics Support: Assist with packing, inventory management, receiving, and occasional on-site installations

Task Coordination: Support scheduling, documentation, and communication for ongoing projects and product releases

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in a creative studio, workshop, or production environment preferred

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities—high attention to detail is essential

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (basic knowledge for updating specification sheets)

• Familiarity with 3D modeling software (such as SolidWorks or Fusion360) is a plus, but not required

• Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• A calm, proactive approach to problem-solving and task management

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a creative team

Who Thrives in This Role:

This role is ideal for someone who is:

Reliable and steady, with a deep respect for process and precision

Organized and efficient, able to manage multiple small tasks without losing sight of the whole

Hands-on and adaptable, equally comfortable setting up a photostage or updating documents

Eager to contribute, with the humility to support and the initiative to anticipate needs

We value individuals who take their work seriously, who believe that support is an act of care, and who are driven to help bring bold ideas into the world through the quiet excellence of their execution.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience

Health, dental, and vision insurance

Generous paid time off (PTO)

• A collaborative, fast-paced studio environment with opportunities for growth in operations and leadership
