At Henrii, we do not simply make objects.
We shape presence. We build systems. We craft work that endures beyond trend, beyond time.
Each piece we create begins as an idea, fragile, electric, barely formed. Through design, through material study, through countless trials of hand and mind, that idea takes shape. It is a process of transformation, one that demands rigor, care, and above all, belief.
We take on every task, from first spark to final form, with the same devotion:
To see clearly.
To act precisely.
To create work that speaks.
Our studio is not for the faint-hearted. We are builders, not dreamers. Makers, not talkers. We seek those who are bold enough to care deeply, who carry the discipline to see things through, who possess the grit to work when the work is hard, and the vision to make something bigger than themselves.
To work here is to commit:
To the process.
To the craft.
To the relentless pursuit of better.
We are always looking for exceptional hands and rare minds, those who are serious, curious, and obsessed with what is possible. If you feel the pull of this work, if you see yourself in the future we are building, we invite you to step forward. Current openings are listed below. If no role aligns but the call still stirs something in you, we welcome you to reach out.
