Clients are afforded a 24-hour grace period from the time of placing the order to request a cancellation. Beyond this timeframe, should you wish to cancel your order, we are able to offer a store credit for the total amount minus a 15% restocking fee.
Henrii provides a One-Year Limited Warranty on our products, ensuring coverage for functionality and performance. Our dedication lies in the craftsmanship of products that are designed to age gracefully and enhance over time. Should a product require warranty service, the customer is obliged to arrange and cover the cost of shipping the item to Henrii.
Please be aware that this warranty does not extend to issues arising from improper handling, incorrect installation, unauthorized alterations, cosmetic deterioration, or expendable items like light bulbs. Any damage incurred during shipping must be communicated to our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt.
For warranty service eligibility, the product(s) in question must be a direct purchase from henrii.com and situated within the continental United States. Proof of purchase must be presented to validate a claim. All expenses related to shipping and handling for warranty purposes must be borne by the customer.
To maintain the integrity of your fixtures, refrain from using abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or steel wool. For cleaning, opt for a gentle, soft cloth—dry for dusting and slightly damp for more thorough cleaning.
Metals, Ceramics & Stone: Gently dust metals with a dry soft cloth or use a damp cloth for occasional deeper cleaning, noting that brass will naturally develop a patina over time. Ceramics should be wiped with a damp cloth; immersion in water is not advised.
Glass and Engineered Polymers: For clarity and color preservation in components, a damp cloth is sufficient. Removable shades may be delicately hand-washed in warm water with a mild cleaner. Frosted or etched glass should be cleaned with a dry cloth to avoid smearing.
