• Warranty Limitations: Our warranty specifically excludes issues due to improper handling, incorrect installation, unauthorized alterations, normal wear and tear, and expendable items like light bulbs. Additionally, any shipping damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for warranty consideration.
• Eligibility for Service: Warranty service is available for products purchased directly from henrii.com, located within the continental United States. A proof of purchase is required to validate your claim. All shipping and handling costs related to the warranty service are to be borne by the customer.
