Individually made per order in Los Angeles, California studio. Each piece is made of an Engineered Bio-Polymer that is equivalent in durability to traditional plastics. Derived from plant based byproducts, the core material and process was intentionally chosen for its exceptional properties and sustainability.
Shipping
For individual orders that are less than 10, please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to ship. For orders of 10 pieces or more, please email our studio directly for accurate lead times.
We offer standard shipping within the US and international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees apply, and you can choose from our standard, expedited, or overnight shipping options.
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a link to updated tracking information. Please note that some shipping restrictions may apply, and we cannot ship to certain countries or regions.
Returns
Returns may be made within 10 days of receiving a piece purchased directly through Henrii. To request a return label, please email the studio at support@henrii.com.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase, and you will receive an automated email once we’ve processed your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for orders placed via our trade program or custom-made items. If you purchased a Henrii piece through one of our stockists, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.
Damaged or Broken Goods
To report broken or damaged goods, please send us a photo of the item's condition upon arrival, including its packaging and any evidence of carrier mishandling. Claims must be made within 10 days of package arrival. We're happy to offer a replacement for any damaged items.
International VAT & Customs Duty
If you're purchasing from a country that levies import duties on incoming goods, the postal service in your country will request payment of the import fee, which is then remitted to your government. If you decline to pay the duty, and the item is returned to us in good condition, we will refund your purchase price, minus any additional cost of return shipping. However, if the package is abandoned due to non-acceptance of duty, we will be unable to refund you for the lost goods.
Care
Our products are made from a plant-based polymer that offers similar durability to traditional plastics. To clean the surface of hard surfaces, use a soft, damp cloth. Polymer shades can be removed for cleaning with clear soap and water. After gently wiping the surface, immediately use a soft cloth to dry. Please avoid using abrasive or acidic cleaning products, as they can cause damage. To maintain the product's appearance, it's best to protect it from sunlight and heat, and to keep it away from moisture, grease, and dirt.
Warranty
We offer a One-Year Limited Warranty on our products. During the One-Year warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective product that occurred due to a manufacturing defect. In the event of a warranty repair, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Henrii.
This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by mishandling, incorrect installation, or modifications, and does not cover cosmetic wear, or consumables such as light bulbs.
